Justin:

Hello everyone.

2

:

I've just got a quick announcement

before I start this episode.

3

:

I'm going to apologize in advance

if this audio quality doesn't

4

:

sound as good as it normally does.

5

:

I am currently traveling for work at

this point in time, so I've just had

6

:

to record on the go with just my AirPod

pros and my MacBook, so the processing

7

:

will be done afterwards to try to make

it sound as good as possible, and I will

8

:

be coming back on the day of the top

spiel, which will be another live stream.

9

:

So I do thank you.

10

:

In advance for bearing with

me for this episode and if you

11

:

joined in the last live stream.

12

:

It was a pleasure to have you on

board during that live stream, and I

13

:

hope to see you during the next one.

14

:

Now on today's show we

have some club news.

15

:

We recap the nil nil draw against

SC Fryberg on match day 25 with the

16

:

Bunger, our preview match, day 26

in the Bundesliga against BIA Tand

17

:

with player watch and predictions.

18

:

And then we round out the show

with the RBL talk segment with

19

:

your listener input on the show.

20

:

Marco Rosa speaks on RB Live six getaway.

21

:

Not many beers, but plenty of fellowship.

22

:

Amid reliable rumor is that he

won't be in charge of RB Lab Zg.

23

:

This summer head coach Marco Rosa spoke on

his plans to revive his Bundesliga side.

24

:

At a Friday press conference, rose

took the team to a two day retreat

25

:

at Lab Zg Sister Club RB Salzberg.

26

:

This week the German Red Bulls

trained behind ENC closed doors

27

:

and engaged in some non-football

related rejuvenation activities.

28

:

Whether or not the mini camp will prove

enough to revive lethargic leig ahead

29

:

of their trip to Red Hot f Fryberg.

30

:

This weekend remains to be seen odd.

31

:

Fryberg presently lie two points

above Leig in the league table.

32

:

Rose relies on the getaway to help his

team leapfrog their European rivals.

33

:

I do know that this article here.

34

:

Was not said the last podcast episode.

35

:

That is why it's said now.

36

:

So do apologize if you

think this is old news.

37

:

It was released on the rbl talk.com

38

:

website as it was released.

39

:

Continuing with the article, I sense

that the change of scenery did us good.

40

:

Rose noted.

41

:

It was a small boost

that gave us some energy.

42

:

We got together in a different environment

and do things besides train together.

43

:

I know that the guys spent

a lot of time together.

44

:

That was both the idea and the plan.

45

:

For Rose.

46

:

The trip down to Salzburg

constituted a homecoming of sorts.

47

:

The Live Zg native coached the A

Australian Red Bulls at youth and

48

:

senior level between 2013 and 2019

before moving to his native country to

49

:

take the Ian Mu Glad Back appointment.

50

:

Current live Zg professionals,

Amadou Hira, Kevin Campbell,

51

:

Peter Nicholas, and Benjamin Sesco

came to live via RB Salzberg.

52

:

It was nice to feel, uh,

welcome and appreciated.

53

:

Said Rose about the warm welcome

at his former employer with all the

54

:

issues in the football business, the

most important thing for me is to

55

:

feel that you have probably done a

few things right in life when so many

56

:

people are happy to see you again.

57

:

Rose Family deflected questions about

both his future at his current employer

58

:

and his relationship with his former

minds and mentor JLo, currently the

59

:

top personnel chief in the system.

60

:

When it came time to answer a question

about RB left back, David Rams offered

61

:

to buy his current teammates a beer.

62

:

During the two days in Salzburg, however,

rose at least gave a direct response.

63

:

I didn't see many beers, rose said,

but I saw a lot of togetherness.

64

:

It was about a new impulse

that would give us new energy.

65

:

I have a feeling that

this good decision worked.

66

:

We had a solid final training sessions.

67

:

We'll take that with us to Fryberg.

68

:

Shaha defends Rose after another

listless lab, ZG performance.

69

:

RB Le Zgs, managing director for sport.

70

:

Marcel Shafer continues to defend Marco

Rosa despite their bunga struggles.

71

:

Rbg.

72

:

Winless winner.

73

:

His league a run stretched to four games

after a drab goalless draw on F Fryberg.

74

:

The balls only won once from their last

nine league matches as they slipped

75

:

outside Champions league places.

76

:

However, live Zgs managing director

for sport, Marcel Schaffer is

77

:

still counting on Marco Rosa.

78

:

It's always surprising

no matter how you do it.

79

:

It's always something wrong, said Shaah.

80

:

After the game, the fast pace of

our business is criticized all over

81

:

the place, and maybe rightly so.

82

:

Now we're going completely the

other way, but we want to get

83

:

through this difficult phase with

the coach who was born in Lab Zg.

84

:

He won a title for the club, yet

he's been criticized every week.

85

:

Question marks surrounding

the form of R Blab Zig sevens.

86

:

Sport build reports that there

are questions surrounding rb.

87

:

Zi Ford.

88

:

Chavy Simmons, after his form has not

lived up to expectations this season.

89

:

Simmons is one of the first names on

the team sheet, however, at the Red Bull

90

:

Arena, but this has not been justified

with his performances over recent games.

91

:

The 21-year-old has lost the ability

to decide games and has become a

92

:

liability when it comes to defending.

93

:

Is said by the tabloid to be becoming

a problem in the dressing room as

94

:

Simmons is not so open to criticism

and tips on how he can improve

95

:

his game along with his advisors.

96

:

The Dutch International is said

to be able to do what he wants

97

:

and is not becoming the face of

the club that lives get hoped for.

98

:

In the Winter Live, ZG completed

the permanent signing of Simmons

99

:

from PSG, but some individuals at

the club are said to have questioned

100

:

the signing as they could foresee

the developments of the pitch live.

101

:

Zg currently sit sixth in the Buddhism

leaguer and if they failed to qualify for

102

:

the Champions League, which is becoming a

real possibility, then Simmons is expected

103

:

to leave in the summer along with a host

of players and even head coach Marco Rosa.

104

:

That is all the news for

this episode going straight

105

:

into the Fryberg game recap.

106

:

And what we did right, the

good, the bad, and the ugly.

107

:

Starting with what we did right.

108

:

Passing was on par completing 343

or 420 passes and an 82% accuracy.

109

:

We kept a clean sheet.

110

:

That's 12 now for Peter Gache.

111

:

We're more attacking down the

right hand side with right or Baku.

112

:

Then the left with David Round.

113

:

Save from Peter Gache.

114

:

He earned his paycheck in this

game, especially with the tip

115

:

over the crossbar in the 64th

minute from a f Fryberg header.

116

:

What we did wrong the bad.

117

:

We were pulled from set

pieces, corners and free kicks.

118

:

Offside, three types.

119

:

Undisciplined committed,

11 fouls to F fryberg.

120

:

Six.

121

:

And not enough forward passing

even when switching the play.

122

:

We were either going

backwards or just to the side.

123

:

We need to keep the ball moving

forward and stop allowing teams to

124

:

sit deep and do nothing against them.

125

:

All movement in transition was slow,

especially when we had the opportunity

126

:

for breaks As f fryberg overcommitted

forward and we took too long to recover

127

:

the ball back, we averaged around 20

seconds in this game, and for the season,

128

:

we have averaged around 14 seconds.

129

:

Therefore, we did the

really wrong, the ugly.

130

:

There's a few things here.

131

:

Only three out of 18 shots on target.

132

:

That's just 16.66%.

133

:

Two of those were in the first half.

134

:

In the second half we only

had one shot on target.

135

:

Zero big chances in the first half

as we struggled to create chances.

136

:

And the debut of Tedium Gomez.

137

:

Now, that was something I said

in the previous episode that I

138

:

would like to see, and for the two

minutes he played, he looked good.

139

:

That's why he's in the ugly section, not

because he played poorly, but that Marco

140

:

Rosa insists on putting on players for a

debut with such a small amount of time.

141

:

He did it to LF Elms, who is now doing

well at Torino in Syria, which goes to

142

:

show it was the manager, not the player.

143

:

Marco Rosa needs to give his plays

15 minutes at least for a debut.

144

:

So they can actually get used to the

Buns League of Tempo and our game

145

:

style, which has almost lost its

identity under Marco Rosa anyway.

146

:

Also Nicholas Sal being

booked as a substitute.

147

:

He was on for just seven minutes from

the 56th minute when he came onto the

148

:

pitch, and the card was in the sixties,

third minute before being booked.

149

:

And as a substitute, you've basically

a waste as you either have to now

150

:

be very careful in each challenge

or be subbed off yourself, which

151

:

is the waste of the substitution.

152

:

Perform from sidewall here.

153

:

One V one break from Benjamin Sesco.

154

:

In the 64th minute, he gets past the

F Fryberg defense and dribbles towards

155

:

the middle left of the goal area.

156

:

He then proceeds to pass Lewis app

Pender at the far post for a tapin.

157

:

He should have cut the ball back and

whipped the ball around his right boot

158

:

and hoped for a parry from the F Fryberg

keeper and a tapin from App Pender.

159

:

Could it still be on or even a great

goal from Sesco, as is the skill from

160

:

just on the edge of the goal area to

curl a ball into the top right corner?

161

:

Three things.

162

:

We learned the SC fryberg, number

one, the training camp in Salzburg.

163

:

After the two, one lost two

mines seems to have gassed the

164

:

players, making them lethargic.

165

:

Number two, we have scored the second

worst number of goals since the 20 17 20

166

:

18 season with 39 after 25 match days.

167

:

That season was our worst

with 38 and number three.

168

:

No amount of training camp can fix

the tactical issues at RB Leipzig.

169

:

And now for the detailed summary.

170

:

In recap, player watch player for Estee

Fryberg was RSU Doan Doan played the

171

:

full 90 minutes, had 44 touches, 13 of

21, accurate passes at 62%, created one

172

:

big chance, had one shot at goal, which

was blocked, lost possession 14 times.

173

:

Six out of eight ground

duels and 75% accuracy.

174

:

One two of two aerial duels was

fouled twice and offsite twice.

175

:

For RBL, it was Peter Achi.

176

:

Played the full 90 minutes, made two

saves, had 29 touches, and made 16

177

:

of 17 passes and accuracy of 94%.

178

:

For me, Peter Gci was rated a 7.5

179

:

and Richie Doan was rated a seven.

180

:

Etsy f Fryberg goalkeeper.

181

:

Noah Alu broke his club record for

the longest consecutive run without

182

:

conceding a goal on a night that

saw Fryberg held to a Goalless

183

:

Bundesliga draw at home to RB live Zg.

184

:

Considering F Fryberg had kept clean

sheets in each of their previous five

185

:

Oleg outings, Leipzig found themselves

up against it before a ball had even

186

:

been kicked in the Saturday night.

187

:

Top spiel Despite the host resilience

at the back, it was Leipzig who spurred

188

:

the best chance of the half with Willie

all bends Miss Timed header, missing the

189

:

target completely at the opposite end.

190

:

Berg's only clear side of goal also

came from a header with Lucas Ho.

191

:

Only able to find the MI of Peter

Gci between the live six sticks

192

:

with little to separate the two

European chasers at the break.

193

:

It was live who began the second

half on the front foot Li Shire.

194

:

Keytruda was next to threatened the

Friberg goal, but the defender lacked the

195

:

required composure when he was slipped

in behind by teammate Louis app Penda.

196

:

The wayside were ebed

into their goalkeeper.

197

:

Not too long after though with Gucchi

required to be at full stretch to deny max

198

:

million Egger stone's Gold bound header.

199

:

Keytruda determined to follow up his goal

against f Fryberg earlier in the season.

200

:

Sent a fizzling strike just over the

crossbar from 20 yards out, hoping

201

:

to succeed where Keytruda had failed.

202

:

Risu Doan did well to fashion some space

for himself on the edge of the box.

203

:

In keeping the match, he lacked the

quality needed to find the target.

204

:

Both sides ultimately seemed content

with the draw and a clean sheet producing

205

:

a result that leaves things as they

were in the HUD for Europe with the

206

:

two sides separated by one place and

two points in the Buddhas liga table.

207

:

Speaking to the press after the game

was both David and Gaffer Marco.

208

:

Rosa here is what Marco Rosa had to say.

209

:

We have goals and today we had a difficult

away game against a direct competitor.

210

:

We kept a clean sheet,

which is a positive.

211

:

We obviously had to take advantage

of one of our few chances.

212

:

We wanted to defend compactly and well,

we won the ball a lot, but we didn't

213

:

finish it off consistently enough.

214

:

, we have a home game

against Dortmund next week.

215

:

We have to win that.

216

:

A win would have given us more

peace of mind, but we don't

217

:

need peace of mind to be honest.

218

:

The final phase of the

season, fire at will.

219

:

Some strong words by the gaffer

there and David Round said.

220

:

I think that if you look at the

game, one point is not enough.

221

:

We always play draws away from home.

222

:

We win the ball, have a good game plan.

223

:

The coaches set us up really well,

but we don't create any clear

224

:

scoring opportunities defensively.

225

:

We didn't allow much offensively,

we didn't play enough with the ball.

226

:

In my opinion, we could have won the game.

227

:

I think there are several factors

that come together in training.

228

:

The joy of playing and the ease

of playing are always there.

229

:

I.

230

:

The atmosphere is right at the moment.

231

:

We can't transfer that into the game.

232

:

The will is there in every player.

233

:

I can't accuse anyone here

of not giving it their all.

234

:

We played a good game, but in

the end, the goal was missing.

235

:

We don't reward ourselves on the pitch.

236

:

We have to start to sort

it out on the pitch.

237

:

It's definitely not

the coach's fault here.

238

:

Has a good connection with everyone.

239

:

Talks a lot to each individual.

240

:

The best plays for St.

241

:

Fryberg were Lucas Hol, who

won the most duals in the

242

:

match with 11 Mathia skin slip.

243

:

Lionheart, who completed the most

passes in the match with 71 and Noah

244

:

at best plays for RBL were Rydel Baku,

Chenelle b Shabu will the OR band.

245

:

It was the most accurate passer

to play 45 minutes or more at 96%.

246

:

And Peter Gache.

247

:

Now for a quick suspensions and injury

list update, Christ Baum Gardner,

248

:

Lucas Klosterman, and Kevin Campbell.

249

:

They're out for the sickness for

a few days and could be available

250

:

for the game against Tand.

251

:

Antonio Noosa with a knee injury.

252

:

His estimated return date is late March.

253

:

Osana Drago hamstring injury.

254

:

Estimated return date mid-April

Xavier Schlager with a knee injury.

255

:

His estimated return

date is late May,:

256

:

However, he has now started

training again with the team

257

:

and Benny Henricks has

torn his Achilles tendon.

258

:

He's out for the rest of the season.

259

:

And at a preview, the Brutman game, RBL

and Brutman have not drawn any of their

260

:

last 12 matches against each other.

261

:

BVB will be without injured players.

262

:

Daniel Benson and Felix Mcha BVB

of won eight of 17 Buns Leaguer

263

:

fixtures at a success rate of 47.05%

264

:

while RBL have won seven at 41.17%.

265

:

The remaining two games have been draws

have to go back to December,:

266

:

The last draw between these two sides with

a three three Scoreline, end endorsement

267

:

vB are coming off a one nil loss to

FC Osberg in the Bunga and a one one

268

:

draw against Lil in the Champions

League currently sitting in 10th.

269

:

It has been a tough season for

the black and yellows winning

270

:

and losing 10 in 25 games with

five draws also being played out.

271

:

They have scored 45 goals and

conceded 39 with a plus six

272

:

goal differential on 35 points.

273

:

RBL are dropping down the ladder with each

match day, winning 10, drawing nine, and

274

:

losing six, scoring 39 goals in conceding

33 goals with a goal differential

275

:

of also plus six on 39 points.

276

:

There will be goals scored in

this one with both sides aiming

277

:

for a top four finish, which is

certainly not out of the question.

278

:

Some interesting match facts

leading to this game are.

279

:

RBL have kept the most clean sheets in the

competition with 12 RBL have only scored

280

:

four goals in their last five matches.

281

:

BVB have scored nine goals in

their last five matches, and

282

:

player watch for both sides will be

283

:

for RBL Tedium Gomez.

284

:

In his debut, he played two minutes and

had four touches and made two passes,

285

:

including one cross, something we lack.

286

:

Let's see how he fits into the RB system.

287

:

Hopefully he gets more minutes.

288

:

For BVB, it's Seru Gari.

289

:

The black and yellow scoring machine

has been on a two game dry spell,

290

:

and these don't happen often.

291

:

Look for the X stu cart striker to

put on a couple of goals through a

292

:

leaky RBL defense in the top spiel.

293

:

There's also an honorable mention for

Julian Brandt who's created the most

294

:

big chances for the ery dormant with 10.

295

:

What I'd like to see in this match

with my lineup is T gome start.

296

:

It looks ready, and at home we can give

him at least half a game of football

297

:

under his belt and have him up against

one of the league's best teams to show

298

:

that the Bunes Leaguer is all about

a change of formation with a 4 1 4 1.

299

:

Martin Vanderbilt in Goal A back four from

left to right of David Round, Castello

300

:

Leba, Willie Orban and Lare Keytruda.

301

:

A sole central defensive midfielder in

front of a back four of Arthur vermin,

302

:

A midfield four from left to right,

starting with Charlie Simmons, Nicholas

303

:

Sal, Amadou Haddara on the right, right.

304

:

Or Baku.

305

:

Pender resting Benjamin Sesco.

306

:

This formation can be variable and give

us an overload in the middle of the

307

:

park and also in defense if needed, as

it is a variation of a 4 5 1, which can

308

:

be adapted to a 5, 3, 2 in transition

now for predictions, BVB are starting

309

:

to find their feet under Nico Kovac.

310

:

This will be he's at ninth match in

the dugout and with almost a full

311

:

squad to use at his disposable.

312

:

There will be a pretty strong outfit

we will be facing and the 10th Bunes

313

:

League position doesn't do them justice.

314

:

We need to be fully switched on,

otherwise we will lose and I actually

315

:

fully expect us to, while we are stale

with the same old tactics and style

316

:

BVB will be fresh with new ideas.

317

:

Under Cova, they have conceded just

four goals and scored 13 goals.

318

:

I do apologize if I've gotten cova wrong.

319

:

It's probably Kovich

or Kovac averaging 0.5

320

:

goals against them, averaging 1.6

321

:

goals scored per game.

322

:

All this in mind, I'm going

for a two new loss as we are

323

:

struggling to create chances.

324

:

We will need a mistake from

BVB to capitalize and to score.

325

:

Just before I start the RBL talk segment,

I would just like to say if you've made

326

:

it this far, and I hope the audio quality

isn't too bad, as there's going to be a

327

:

lot of processing from my podcast audio

recording software called D Script.

328

:

You probably would've

already heard the ad for it.

329

:

If you are listing on the free RSS feed.

330

:

I hope it's not too bad.

331

:

If it works well and I do traveling,

I won't be able to have to take my

332

:

microphone as I couldn't carry it,

which is the whole reason why I had

333

:

to use the AirPods in the first place.

334

:

It's really see if D Script can

really make the money when it comes

335

:

to professional audio quality sound.

336

:

Remember, you can be a part of the

show too with the RBL talk segment.

337

:

You can even come on the

show as a special guest.

338

:

The way you do this is by interacting

with us on Spotify social media such

339

:

as X or email in at show@rbltalk.com

340

:

or information in detail and

how to get involved with the

341

:

show for free in the show notes.

342

:

Here's some submissions from the RB

fans, discord X, and also Instagram.

343

:

In today's episode, starting with the

RB fans, discord and user Rob three

344

:

R seven O says, well, what could I

write about this again, rose out.

345

:

That's the only way the general

consensus of the listeners of the

346

:

RBL Talk podcast are not happy.

347

:

End Discord user.

348

:

Rob three seven R seven

zero says, yep, rose's out.

349

:

And look, I don't think rose's out

until the end of season, but like

350

:

I've always said, he's not the

manager to keep us going forward.

351

:

IB seem to be really sticking

with him, but the only time will

352

:

tell if they're betting on the

wrong horse, so to speak here.

353

:

It's an analogy from Australia.

354

:

Dunno if anyone else has heard that one,

but I really don't think they're putting

355

:

all their eggs in the wrong basket.

356

:

I can say that now.

357

:

Yes, it's good for the pr.

358

:

Yes, it looks good.

359

:

Yes, the plays may be behind him, but he's

just not tactically up to the challenge

360

:

on X.

361

:

Dave Harmon with username

at Dave Harmonizer.

362

:

One says this was translated

from German on X by Google.

363

:

When I die, I know I'm going to heaven

because I just spent 90 minutes in hell.

364

:

I'm watching a Fryberg football match

and then mines in the Champions League.

365

:

Goodnight.

366

:

Yet, Dave.

367

:

It was a pretty, pretty tough watch.

368

:

I must say I was doing a live

stream, and I'm not too sure if

369

:

you did join that live stream.

370

:

Dave, we have a platform that you viewed

the live stream if you did, as I do

371

:

know that you follow on Instagram and

X and possibly other places as well.

372

:

So if you did join the coverage, I hope

it wasn't as boring and as, uh, hellish,

373

:

I guess you could say in your words.

374

:

Uh, watching the game by yourself.

375

:

Yes, it certainly was hard to keep it

entertaining for people during the live

376

:

stream, but for those people that did

join the live stream, you notice that

377

:

the very first couple of minutes, my

microphone was muted, and then I had a

378

:

little bit of an audio issue throughout

the episode, or I should say live stream.

379

:

Anyway,

380

:

over on Instagram, we have

RL known at Louis fan.

381

:

Says Marco rose out.

382

:

That's all I wanna say again.

383

:

Another RB LE fan who listens to the

RBL Talk podcast says Marco rose out.

384

:

I personally dunno how long it's going

to be until they end up moving on.

385

:

Marco Rose.

386

:

All the general reports say end of

season, which I said that originally

387

:

as well, and I think we're still

right even though we've got about nine

388

:

games or so to go until the end of

the season minus any DFB Pcal games.

389

:

But I still think that we are going to

be with him until the least seasons end,

390

:

even if we drop down as low as 10th.

391

:

I still don't see us finishing with

anyone else but Marco Rosa, so it'll

392

:

be interesting in the off season.

393

:

If Marco Rosa is staying long term

and if he does end up leaving, whether

394

:

that's mutual consent or if the club

does part ways with him, which I really

395

:

hope they don't part ways with him as

they're saying they've been behind him

396

:

all this time, and then if they do end

up sacking him, so to speak, I do think

397

:

that's going to be a little bit harsh

done by, especially if the club is

398

:

turning around and backing him or the

public media, they could easily go around

399

:

certain ways of it and saying, look.

400

:

Everyone keeps criticizing him.

401

:

We're backing our manager until

the end of the season, and then

402

:

we'll reassess our options.

403

:

But while he is the manager of

RB lab, ZG, we support him 100%.

404

:

That's all they needed to say.

405

:

Once and then they would've shut up all

the critics and everything like that

406

:

with all the papers and the tabloids at

the end of every single game when we're

407

:

poor, all you'd have to go and say again,

is stand by in our previous comments.

408

:

Maybe I should be doing

a RB spokesperson job.

409

:

Just kidding.

410

:

I'd rather be doing this podcast

for every single one of you.

411

:

And P-I-A-H-F-F-M-R says, defense

was really top today from our boys,

412

:

but it really didn't deserve a goal.

413

:

It's a pity that Bmy was

absent today due to illness.

414

:

He would certainly have given

very good input with ch.

415

:

Our full focus on next Saturday.

416

:

We have to beat Tand at home.

417

:

Some very good insights there and I

really do think you're correct there.

418

:

When it comes to our defense, we were

really top, even though we were leaking

419

:

a little bit in a sense of we couldn't

shut them down a little bit and we, they

420

:

had some really good chances, however.

421

:

Our keeper, especially Peter Gache.

422

:

Yes, he's been poor for a lot of his back

end of the season of the R rda, but he

423

:

really earned his paycheck, like I said

earlier, and he really did well and a

424

:

couple of other players in our defense

really stood up today and were very firm.

425

:

And yes, it was a pity that Balmy was

not in the squad 'cause of his illness.

426

:

We really are lacking Antonio

er out on that right hand side.

427

:

But Christian Baumgartner

would've been in.

428

:

Easy, good player to have out

on that right hand side as well.

429

:

Especially 'cause we were

attacking so much down there.

430

:

'cause Christoff, Baum Gardner

is a very versatile player who

431

:

can play almost anywhere in

that forward and midfield role.

432

:

And I do love that you just mark that off

as, yep, we have the good things right.

433

:

Good defense, good this, and

move on to Saturday in another

434

:

top spiel at Dormant at home.

435

:

As always, I'd like to thank the

contributors for their contributions

436

:

in this episode in RBL Talk, all

RBL talk members, and thank you

437

:
