Justin Crozer:

Hello everyone and welcome to RBL Talk.

2

:

On today's show we have some club news.

3

:

We recap the one year

loss to brochure mission.

4

:

GLAD back in the Bundesliga.

5

:

On match day 27, I'll preview the

semi-final against VFB Stuttgart.

6

:

Which will be a livestream watch along.

7

:

So make sure to join in the coverage

if you can't get to the game.

8

:

And we have the RBL talk segment

with your listener input on the show,

9

:

starting with club news.

10

:

The big news is that RBL Live

have parted ways with Marco Rosa.

11

:

Marco Rosa has been relieved

of his duties as Rrb Lick head

12

:

coach with immediate effect.

13

:

His coaching team of Alexander

Zickler, Marco K and Frank Eck have

14

:

also left the club along with Frank.

15

:

Aing head of the first team football,

Marcel Shafer, the managing of

16

:

sport director, had this to say.

17

:

We have believed in our co-operation

with Marco and his team for a very long

18

:

time, and up to now tried everything

to turn things around together.

19

:

Given the development and the continued

lack of results, we're all firmly

20

:

convinced that we need new impetus for

the remainder of the campaign in order

21

:

to achieve our aims for the season.

22

:

We'd like to thank Marco and his coaching

team for the past two and a half years.

23

:

The success we enjoyed together

and their commitment to the club.

24

:

Marco Rose took over the head coach role

at RB Leipzig in September,:

25

:

club found itself in a tricky position and

helped the side get back to winning waves.

26

:

He was on the sideline for a total

of 125 games under his stewardship.

27

:

RBL Qualified for the Year

for Champions League twice.

28

:

Won the second DFB AU in the club's

history and emerged at Victorious

29

:

in the Super Cup for the first time.

30

:

The club will announce he'll take

over the Head Coach role on an

31

:

interim basis in due course, and that

person is Ziot low appointed as head

32

:

coach until the end of the season.

33

:

I do apologize if I've

said that incorrectly.

34

:

It's probably Louv as it

has the dots over the o.

35

:

But Zula Lu has been appointed new head

coach of RB Zi, the 45-year-old who was

36

:

previously head of soccer development at

Red Bull, will sign a contract until the

37

:

end of the 24 25 season and take charge

of his first training session on Monday.

38

:

Peter Crows 53 years old, will be

Lowe's assistant coach in lab Zg.

39

:

Marcel Shafer of the managing

sport director had this to say.

40

:

Has got everything we need to turn

things around quickly and give

41

:

performance boost an incredible amount

of experience, a lot of success at top

42

:

European clubs and the right approach.

43

:

It's now up to the team to turn

the tide together with result.

44

:

At the time we're working on finding

a permanent head coach for the start

45

:

of the 25, 26 season, and new interim

manager, Zola Lo, had this to say.

46

:

We are fully focused on the maximum

nine remaining games of the season.

47

:

We've still got the chance to achieve

our goals in two competitions.

48

:

We'll do everything we can to reach the

DFPP our final in Berlin and get the most

49

:

out of the remaining Bunes Liga matches.

50

:

At RBL, he was an assistant coach under

Ralph Hassan Hule and Ralph Renick.

51

:

From 2015 to 2018, he worked as

Thomas Chu's assistant at Para

52

:

Saint Germa at from 2018 to 2020.

53

:

Chelsea, 21 to 22, and FC by Munich 2324.

54

:

He has also been a coach at FC ING 20 12

and Red Bull Salzburg,:

55

:

Lowe has won the Champions League

:

56

:

assistant coach and as well as titles

and Austria:

57

:

During his playing career, he

was a defender for TSG Hoffenheim

58

:

and FC Mines in the Bundesliga.

59

:

Xavier Schlager out

injured for several weeks.

60

:

RB Abig midfield.

61

:

Xavier Schlager will be missing

for several weeks due to suffering

62

:

another injury with the national team.

63

:

Schlager has gained a muscle injury

in his left thigh, which was the

64

:

result of A MRI examination in lo Zg.

65

:

Marco Rosa recently welcomed Schlager

back to the Leipzig team after recovering

66

:

from his second knee injury in 10

months to play against Bohi Dortmund

67

:

before the recent international

fixtures, but did not make an

68

:

appearance from the bench in that match.

69

:

Instead, he was given some minutes

from the bench in Austria's one one

70

:

draw against Serbia in the Nation's

league first leg fixture as he

71

:

entered the pitch in the 77th minute.

72

:

This now seems to have been a return

that was too soon for the midfielder.

73

:

The new injury hits us very

hard, especially Xavier himself

74

:

said It must have Shafer.

75

:

I'll be IC Sporting director.

76

:

He worked extremely hard for his

comeback and gave everything to be

77

:

able to help us with his qualities

in the final spur of the season.

78

:

He was supposed to get his last match

fitness with national team, but now

79

:

he's forced to take another break.

80

:

We give Xavier all the support he needs.

81

:

Now, of course, it's annoying that.

82

:

We'll have another injury to report

after the international break.

83

:

Schlager has made just four appearances

in the Bundesliga this season and will

84

:

be aiming for a return before the 20 14

25 campaign Comes to an end with just

85

:

eight Bunns Legger games remaining.

86

:

His team are also in the DFPP house,

semifinal against Stuttgart next

87

:

Wednesday with the final taking place

on the 24th of May, which Schlager could

88

:

return for if recovery is successful.

89

:

The chances of Benjamin Sesco staying

at RB Live Zg next season are very slim.

90

:

Bill reports that the chances of

Benjamin Sesco staying at RB live

91

:

Zg for another season are very slim.

92

:

As all signs pointed towards an exit.

93

:

Sesco has a release clause and he's

live zg clause that is currently worth

94

:

70 million Euro that can rise to 80

million Euro by the end of the season.

95

:

The Slovenian has also has a

contract that is valid until:

96

:

Despite being very inconsistent on

the pitch, SESCO feels like he's ready

97

:

to take the next step in his career.

98

:

The one condition that could

potentially keep the 21-year-old

99

:

at the club is if Leip sync

qualify for the Champions League.

100

:

However, the chances of that

at the moment are very slim.

101

:

I.

102

:

The Striker has attracted interest

from the Premier League Arsenal,

103

:

Manchester United, AC Milan, Italy,

even by Munich in the Bunes Liga.

104

:

A move to Bain has almost ruled

out as he does not want to play

105

:

as a backup to Harry Cain and

wants a guarantee of playing time.

106

:

For that to be possible, Byan would need

to change their formation or sell Cain.

107

:

As of right now, SCO is currently

focused on trying to qualify for

108

:

the Champions League with live Zg.

109

:

RB Lab Zg expected to

permanently sign on loan.

110

:

Aston Villa Fallback Costa and

Kovich Sky Germany reports that Rrb

111

:

Lab Zg are expected to complete the

permanent signing of right back.

112

:

Costa and Kovich, who is currently on

loan from Aston Villa Lab, ZG sees the

113

:

S Serbian as a signing for the future.

114

:

Who they can also sign

at a reasonable price.

115

:

Although no concrete decision has

been made, the signs are positive.

116

:

The 19-year-old only signed for Parent

Club Villa last summer from Native

117

:

Red Star Belgrade, but struggled

for game time in the Premier League,

118

:

only playing 10 times Since moving

to Loeb, Zig in the winter and

119

:

Kovich has made three appearances.

120

:

The FIFA and Kovich is likely

to be around 15 million Euro.

121

:

A 10.5

122

:

million Euro base fee and 4.5

123

:

million Euro in add-ons.

124

:

Since the injury to Benjamin

Hendricks at the back end of last

125

:

calendar year, the right back

position has been a problem area for

126

:

Leipzig in the winter ride or back.

127

:

U has also joined as a backup option for

Hendricks and has been the main option.

128

:

Bellingham on the RB Leipzig's radar.

129

:

Could we see Bellingham in

the Bundesliga yet again?

130

:

While R Madrid's Jew Bellingham

won't be changing clubs anytime soon.

131

:

His younger brother job just might be,

and RB Leipzig have him on the radar.

132

:

Joe Bellingham currently plays in

the second English division for

133

:

Sunderland who are in fourth place.

134

:

He is as per transfer market, the most

valuable player in the league with

135

:

a market value of 22 million euros.

136

:

But a transfer fee is rumored

to be around 30 million Euro rb.

137

:

Loebig have helped a lot of big talents

take up the next step in recent years.

138

:

Chubby Simmons, Benjamin Sesco, Danny

Olmo, and just Val, just to name a few.

139

:

Jay Bellingham contract

runs until June of:

140

:

And is a lot of Premier League

clubs are already interested in

141

:

his signature RB Leig, even face

competition from within the Bunga.

142

:

Doman have been watching

Job closely for a while.

143

:

Sky Germany have reported that there have

been talks between Bellingham and Leipzig

144

:

already, but any kind of agreement is not

close at the moment that see if the Bundes

145

:

le can add the name Bellingham once again

to their very talented roster of players.

146

:

And final piece of news in this

episode is Bremen unlikely to sign

147

:

Andre Silver on a permanent deal.

148

:

Kier suggests that word of Bremen are

looking increasingly unlikely to sign

149

:

Andre Silver on a permanent basis.

150

:

In the summer.

151

:

The Portuguese striker arrived on loan

from RB Zi in the January transfer window

152

:

and has underwhelmed since, despite silver

scoring his first goal from the penalty

153

:

spot against GLAD back before the break.

154

:

The other four performances

have yielded nothing.

155

:

Even though the 29-year-old still

has eight Bunga games to prove

156

:

himself, signs are pointing to Breman.

157

:

Looking at other options of the

Summer, Silva then faces the decision

158

:

of moving on from RBL Live Zg to

om he's contracted with until:

159

:

That's all the news for

this RBL talk episode.

160

:

As always, you can go to the RB talk.com

161

:

and click on the link there

164

:

Glad back game with the

good, the bad, and the ugly.

165

:

Always starting with the good.

166

:

What we did right?

167

:

Keeper made two saves.

168

:

That was Martine Vanderbilt had

43 touches in the penalty area.

169

:

Earned 2000, the final third to have

set pieces in dangerous positions, 75%

170

:

passing accuracy into the final third.

171

:

That was a total of 152 out of 199 passes.

172

:

We made 62 recoveries.

173

:

We won more tackles than GLAD back.

174

:

73% of challenges successful with

10 of 15, 11 shots inside the box.

175

:

That's 57.89%.

176

:

Made more passes in the attacking

half of the pitch 266 passes to 182.

177

:

Now for the bad, what we did wrong,

we had more possession, 60% to 40% and

178

:

did nothing with it, creating zero big

chances, we'll pour from set pieces.

179

:

As we have been all season, we didn't

look like we would score yet alone cause

180

:

any issues to the glad back defense.

181

:

We were undisciplined committing

nine fouls and two yellow cards.

182

:

One from Tedium Gomez after coming on

as a substitute, after not being on for

183

:

a minute, wasteful in front of goal.

184

:

19.

185

:

Total shots offside, four times poor

from crosses with an accuracy of 21%

186

:

with seven out of 33 being on target.

187

:

Weakened the contest, losing all dues,

ground and aerial, both 48% to 52%.

188

:

And then for the ugly, what we did

really wrong, we made three areas

189

:

that led to a shot at golf for glad

back 11 of the 19 shots off target.

190

:

That's 57.89%.

191

:

Just not good enough, especially when you

are, the team facing is supposed to be

192

:

challenging for the same spot You are.

193

:

A European football competition spot.

194

:

Three things we learned via GLAD Back.

195

:

Number one, Willie's possession

too much and can't retain the ball.

196

:

Plays like David.

197

:

Round 29, ch Simmons.

198

:

20.

199

:

Baum Gardner 19.

200

:

Be Shabu 15.

201

:

These are plays in key positions in

buildup play, who have lost the ball

202

:

in an incredible amount of times.

203

:

We need to work on this.

204

:

ASAP.

205

:

The total of that is 83 times

from just these four plays.

206

:

They lost the ball.

207

:

Almost once per minute.

208

:

Number two, it's getting more prominent

that we are not a European football side

209

:

of the Bundesliga and do not deserve to

play any European football next season.

210

:

Number three.

211

:

This one is now from

Outgoing Manager, Marco Rosa.

212

:

Marco Rosa.

213

:

Was on a slippery slope,

but he has always been.

214

:

Marco averages a 56.08%

215

:

win percentage, winning 226 of

403 total games across his career.

216

:

130 of those at RBL.

217

:

His first season in charge,

:

218

:

sorry, 2.17

219

:

points per game.

220

:

Winning 28.

221

:

Of 41 games in the Bunns

Leaguer alone, he averaged 2.1

222

:

points per game

223

:

the following season, 2324.

224

:

He went downward, averaged 1.87

225

:

points per game.

226

:

Winning 25 or 45 games and averaging 1.91

227

:

points per game in the Buddha Leaguer.

228

:

This season, he's won 16

of 38 games averaging 1.5

229

:

points per game, and 1.5

230

:

to six in the Buns Leaguer.

231

:

This is exactly what

happened at Glad Back.

232

:

He started well averaging 1.91

233

:

points per game, then drop to 1.44

234

:

in the Oleg at the following season.

235

:

Marco Rosa goes really well to begin

with, but he can't sustain that

236

:

consistency and always falls off.

237

:

He's did the same at GLAD Back over

the few years it's happened at RB

238

:

Leipzig and at his previous clubs.

239

:

Besides RB Salzberg, so British Tand,

it just went a bit more quicker.

240

:

Now for the detailed summary and recap.

241

:

Player watch players for glad back.

242

:

It was ano player who played

81 minutes until he was subbed

243

:

off after getting a cramp.

244

:

Had 45 touches, five total shots,

three blocked, two off target, one on

245

:

target with a goal, hit the woodwork

twice and missed one big chance.

246

:

One one of five ground duals at

20% success Rate one, three or four

247

:

aerial duals at 75% success rate.

248

:

Lost possession 16 times and

made 17 of 26 passes with one key

249

:

pass at a success rate of 65%.

250

:

According to the one football

app, he had a match rating of 9.2,

251

:

but I would give him a rating of 8.5.

252

:

For RBL it was Rydel.

253

:

Baku.

254

:

He played 64 minutes until he was

subbed off after getting a yellow card.

255

:

Had 43 touches.

256

:

One total shot which was off target,

one zero of five ground duels at

257

:

0% success rate one zero of one

aerial duels at 0% success rate.

258

:

Lost possession 11 times.

259

:

Made 24 of 28 passes with one key

pass at a success rate of 86%.

260

:

Committed.

261

:

Three Fouls for one Yellow card

made one clearance and was offside

262

:

once According to the one football

app, he had a match rating of 3.4.

263

:

Dunno how that works, but I

would give him a rating of 5.0.

264

:

British Mission.

265

:

Glad Back took a huge step towards

finishing in the Bundesligas top six

266

:

by beating RBL one nil with their first

win of the season against the side.

267

:

Who started?

268

:

This round, ninth or higher.

269

:

It was the fifth versus seventh in the

buns leaguer, which at this late stage of

270

:

the season had the feel of a six pointer.

271

:

Glad back were on the side doing

the chasing, and they had the chance

272

:

to leapfrog Leipzig with a win.

273

:

Here the home side started on the front

foot and manufacture the games first.

274

:

Meaningful sighting of goal when

Alexander players flick over.

275

:

Opened up a yard of space for Robin

Hack, but his volley went straight

276

:

into the grateful arms of Martine.

277

:

Vanderbilt, RBL were largely

limited to shots from distance.

278

:

Something best illustrated by Chavy

Simmons' effort from distance,

279

:

which barely reached the goal line.

280

:

A drab first half with something

few would've expected from two

281

:

sides battling at the top of the

end of the table, but with plenty

282

:

for the play for after the break.

283

:

There was a sense that the

second 45 couldn't be any worse.

284

:

RBL said about ensuring the second half

was much more entertaining from the

285

:

get go, working a glorious sighting of

goal within a minute of the restart.

286

:

But Christ Baum Gardner fired

his effort inches over the bar.

287

:

The Austrian was in the thick

of the action moments later too.

288

:

Ghosting into the area to

flash a header narrowly wide.

289

:

The visitors were left to

rule these missed chances.

290

:

Just moments later when Glad Back took

the lead, co Ike thought he would be the

291

:

man to get it, but his gold band effort

was only repelled as far as player who

292

:

Julie converted from Close Range, the

Frenchman was appearing after his goal.

293

:

And he came within inches of doubling

his and glad backs tally for the

294

:

day when his strike from the edge of

the area crashed away off the post.

295

:

The woodwork was shaking again 20 minutes

from time, but this time it was from Nico

296

:

Vedi, who's headed effort bounced away to

the safety off the outside of the post.

297

:

The host will think they really should

have had the game wrapped up to avoid

298

:

a nerve ending, not least because they

rattled the woodwork for a third time.

299

:

The half though clear, but their inability

to convert one of those chances meant they

300

:

had to endure a painful last few minutes.

301

:

They managed to hang on though securing

three points in their battle to

302

:

finish in the top six and consigning

RBL to a fourth consecutive scoring

303

:

bleak on the road in the pun, liga.

304

:

Now let's dissect that goal

conceded in the 56th minute.

305

:

This is going to be brief,

but we conceded two corners.

306

:

A Lasana player got a free run at

the first one and his header was

307

:

deflected for a second corner.

308

:

The second one, nobody marked him.

309

:

He just reads the ball quicker than

Willie or Ben and anyone else in

310

:

the area and is first to react.

311

:

And it's actually Lucas Klosterman,

who was a few meters away.

312

:

Who reads it first before our captain

who was right next to the play?

313

:

An unusual misjudgment there.

314

:

We need to just mark our players

better to prevent this one.

315

:

The best players for Glad back were Tiago,

Piera, Cardoso, coura, and Asana player.

316

:

The best players for RBL were

Willie Orban, Nicholas Sal,

317

:

El bu Kristopher, Baumgartner.

318

:

And now for a quick suspension

and injury list, update Ivy Ziga.

319

:

Still without Xavier Schlager,

Benjamin Henricks and OS Drago.

320

:

Players close to returning in some

capacity are Antonio, er, oor,

321

:

Drago, Kevin Campbell and Peter gci.

322

:

To preview the upcoming semifinal in

the DFB poal against VFB Stuttgart

323

:

with Marco Rosa being freshly

sacked and in the players' minds.

324

:

They'll need to gather themselves quickly

as we have a semifinal to focus on.

325

:

Stu Gut would be without Dan Axel

Zou, Joshua Van Noman, Justin Dale

326

:

and Luca Ryman for this matchup.

327

:

The Swb have been on a losing run

of six games and haven't won a

328

:

game since the 9th of February when

they beat British Dortmund two one.

329

:

Dropping points against TSG

Hoffenheim and Holstein Keel, along

330

:

with poor performances against

the top four in that losing run.

331

:

RBL will be without Xavier Schlager, Benny

Henricks as Drago with question marks

332

:

around Antonio Noosa, Peter gci and Kevin

Campbell, who all could be available come

333

:

Wednesday night dependent on training.

334

:

This will be the first time VFB stood Gut

and RBL have played each other in the DFB.

335

:

Some interesting match facts

leading to this game are VFB.

336

:

Haven't won a match in six attempts.

337

:

VFB haven't kept a clean

sheet and seven matches.

338

:

VFP have won the previous

two matches against RBL.

339

:

This will be the first game under

new RBL Coach OTT Low and Benjamin

340

:

Sesco is the top scorer in the

competition for RBL with three goals.

341

:

player watch for both sides will be.

342

:

For VFB, Deni av, putting pen to

th of June,:

343

:

standout season last year on l Stuttgart.

344

:

To say he's underperforming

from expectations on last

345

:

season is an understatement.

346

:

In the DFBP, he's played three times.

347

:

For 143 minutes for one goal and assist.

348

:

And in the bunger, he's played

21 games and scored seven goals

349

:

with one assist in 1,273 minutes.

350

:

Look for AV to find his

scoring boots in this one

351

:

for RBL.

352

:

Chaffy Simmons since making his deal

permanent in January of this year,

353

:

the Dutchman has underperformed and

is not worth the 80 million Euro with

354

:

bonuses, purchases from PSG losing

the ball regularly and not showing

355

:

up when the team needs him the most.

356

:

Look for chaffy to come alive in a

cup final and do something special

357

:

and prove his expensive price tag.

358

:

What I'd like to see in

this match with my lineup.

359

:

New coach, same problems.

360

:

Nothing is going to change

overnight and this was the wrong

361

:

time to sack manager Marco Rosa.

362

:

Personally, I'm not expecting

much as the players will still

363

:

be needing to go out and perform.

364

:

We may see a more fired up RBL due to

the sacking of the much loved rose.

365

:

The new manager hasn't had any

experience as a senior manager so

366

:

he could line up with anything.

367

:

However, for me, I would go with

a 5, 3, 2 on paper, but a 3 5 2

368

:

in attack with the wingbacks going

forward with high pressing and fast

369

:

counter attacking football in gold.

370

:

Martine Van Dewart routines his spot back.

371

:

Five of realm Leba.

372

:

Orban Keytruda and Baku with Realman

Baku to overlap to make a midfield five

373

:

in attack and one to even push as far

to make it a front three in midfield.

374

:

Two central box to box midfielders

of Vermeer and Nicholas Siwa.

375

:

Chavy Simmons is a free roaming

number 10 behind the two strikers of

376

:

Louis app Pender and Benjamin Sesco

377

:

for predictions for the seconding of Rose.

378

:

The prediction doesn't change.

379

:

Two.

380

:

Two, draw to lose five.

381

:

Four on penalties.

382

:

Either way, I can't see

anything but a loss in this one.

383

:

We are unorganized and many issues

need to be resolved and can't

384

:

just be fixed in a matter of days.

385

:

This knee jerk reaction from the club in

a desperate attempt to get into the top.

386

:

Four more on this coming up.

387

:

Remember, you can be a part of the

show too with the RBL Talk segment.

388

:

You even come on the

show as a special guest.

389

:

The way you do this is by interacting

with us on Spotify social media such

390

:

as X or email in at show@rbltalk.com.

391

:

More information in detail, how

to get involved with the show

392

:

for free in the show notes it.

393

:

Before we go into the fan submissions,

as I don't wanna take away anything

394

:

from them, I've got some things

to say about the club and how

395

:

it's dealt with the situation.

396

:

This is the part of the episode where

if you've got little ones in the room

397

:

or around you, you might wanna save this

one for later, as I'm not holding back.

398

:

You've been warned.

399

:

Okay, so this is going to be marked

as explicit for this exact reason.

400

:

Every single manager at

Red Bull have fucked up.

401

:

It's as simple as that.

402

:

You had a choice to sack Marco Rosa

many, many times throughout this season,

403

:

and you've decided now just three

or four days out from a semi-final,

404

:

you know how fucking stupid that is.

405

:

Really stupid.

406

:

Okay, I get it.

407

:

You wanna get top four?

408

:

If you wanted to have top four and

you didn't want to go as far as

409

:

you have with Marco Rosa, then you

should have done it in the December

410

:

winter transfer break SA in December.

411

:

At the start of it, give a new manager

a couple of games, and then you can

412

:

have Marco Rosa go back with his family.

413

:

How the contracts work is you have to

pay him out anyway and they can spend the

414

:

family in the new year with his family.

415

:

And he doesn't have to worry about

the football, doesn't have to

416

:

worry about how he gets his job.

417

:

Or anything like that, but for months

and months and months, Marcel Saffer

418

:

specifically and all of the Red Bull

Board, you've fucking backed this man.

419

:

You've backed him every fucking time.

420

:

All US fans have turned around

and said at some point S Rose or.

421

:

Rows out or it's time to go and

you say, we're going to back him.

422

:

He's committed to the club.

423

:

He's committed to the project.

424

:

Everyone loves him.

425

:

Yeah, I love him too.

426

:

But the football was bullshit.

427

:

The football was crap.

428

:

Week in, week out, same fucking spew.

429

:

Okay, now you've turned around

and now you've sacked him.

430

:

Bunch of snakes.

431

:

Don't turn around and sack him.

432

:

At this point of the season,

at least give him the DFB cup.

433

:

Okay, so if he lost against Stuttgart

on Wednesday night, then dismiss him.

434

:

If he got into the final, but we didn't

get top four or whatever it is that the

435

:

club is achieving here, it should be

top four for Champions League football.

436

:

Then let him know beforehand and go, look

Marco, we are going to have to let you go.

437

:

This will be your final game in

the DFB Popoff Cup final and.

438

:

That's it.

439

:

Next season, go get another manager.

440

:

Okay?

441

:

We're not gonna play UFA

Champions League football.

442

:

Yes, we're gonna be struggling for a

year, but he's been our best successful

443

:

manager for the whole entire time

of our club in our short history.

444

:

And he's fucking deserved that

he's deserved to go and play.

445

:

And so if Za Lo wins this

cup, he gets gifted a cup.

446

:

Marco Rosa actually made the

foundations with the team to win the

447

:

cup if we get there, and you're just

going to rip that away from him.

448

:

Fucking piss poor performance from

Red Bull and all the owners there.

449

:

Now that's out of the way.

450

:

We can go onto the fan submissions and

if you do have little ones around, you

451

:

can get them to come back into the room.

452

:

So staying with Marco Rosa and

the fans on the RB Discord channel

453

:

had a bit of a chatter about it.

454

:

RBL Talk, member Claude J.

455

:

Had this to say would be awesome

to get words from the inside.

456

:

I.

457

:

As to where the pressure came from

to get everyone out in such a rush,

458

:

at least would appear to be a rush.

459

:

One can think that King Jergen

had at least a say in this or not.

460

:

It's an exciting time as

is now for a new beginning.

461

:

I hope they will bring in someone more

Red Bull like even with less street rep.

462

:

Funny thing about the last game is

that we probably didn't think we were

463

:

watching Marco Rose's last chance.

464

:

Absolutely clawed.

465

:

No one thought it was gonna

be Marco Rose's last chance.

466

:

Considering the club has backed him,

day in, day out for months and months

467

:

and months, ever since our horrid

performance, even as far back as

468

:

November, possibly earlier last year, I.

469

:

And then you'd drop him

at the drop of a hat.

470

:

Like that's just very

poor form from Red Bull.

471

:

Uh, that's not acceptable.

472

:

I think that's really poor and it

sets a really bad image as well.

473

:

We are looking like, going to

be looking what Chelsea was

474

:

doing under Roman Abramovich.

475

:

You know, you could still win

a cup title and you could still

476

:

be sacked like Marco Rosa didn't

deserve to be sacked at this point.

477

:

At least give him until the semifinal

lot like against VFB stood gut.

478

:

And then if he loses against Stu

Gut, then you can get rid of him.

479

:

Right.

480

:

Not now.

481

:

It's a really poor, poor

timing from the club.

482

:

And that's being generous.

483

:

I've said.

484

:

I think mostly everything I've needed

to say on that before, and it does

485

:

seem like it is a very rushed and.

486

:

It's really wondering why.

487

:

I think maybe there's a bit of unrest

for some players like Benjamin Sesco,

488

:

Chavy Simmons, maybe, you know, even

Louis App Pender, you know, a couple

489

:

of other players, they might have said,

look, if you can't give us Champions

490

:

League football, we are leaving.

491

:

Or the club has stupidly put that

in their contracts where there's a

492

:

clause that if we don't play Champions

League football, that they can leave.

493

:

Which wouldn't surprise me, but it

does seem like we will get someone

494

:

Red Bull, like with Ott Low.

495

:

So he's been in the Red Bull

system before and he's been with

496

:

some good managers, so only time

will tell to see what will happen.

497

:

But.

498

:

I'm still hoping that we don't

even get Champions League football.

499

:

I hope that we don't win the

DFB Pcal final or even the cup.

500

:

Now, if we get into the final that is,

uh, for the simple factors, the Red

501

:

Bull and all the hierarchy and all the

managers, you brought it on yourselves.

502

:

You should have so pulled the trigger,

so to speak, beat the bullet and.

503

:

For lack of better terminology,

and you should have turned around

504

:

and fired Marco Rosa when you had

the chance months and months ago.

505

:

Otherwise, you stick with 'em to

the end of the season like the

506

:

original plan was supposed to be.

507

:

But it is an exciting time, but I do

think the more exciting time will be at

508

:

the end of the season and see who we get.

509

:

I really don't hope, I really hope

that we don't stick with Zoloft low

510

:

for the long foreseeable future.

511

:

Also on the RB fans, discord member, Mr.

512

:

Banter Bear said just before the Phole

match, not a good move for the club.

513

:

We all knew this was going to happen at

some point due to the silly game losses.

514

:

Yeah, absolutely.

515

:

We all knew that he was going

to get fired sooner or later.

516

:

There was a lot of delusional fans

who liked Marco Rosa, and a lot of the

517

:

locals were a bit delusional as well.

518

:

And that's no knock on the local

fans or anything like that.

519

:

But a lot of them love him so

much and they always got rose

520

:

colored glasses on, pardon the pun.

521

:

And you know, he could do no wrong.

522

:

But at the end of the day, yes,

we're a small club, but our ambitions

523

:

is and should always be to play.

524

:

Champions League football every year,

especially in the Bunes Leaguer.

525

:

So if we're not doing that, it doesn't

matter who you are, it doesn't matter if

526

:

you're a local manager, doesn't matter

if you are, you know, pet Guardiola,

527

:

Alex Ferguson, uh, you know, any top

man, Joso Marino, you know, uh, Marino.

528

:

It doesn't matter who Rafael Benitez,

who you are, if you can't deliver

529

:

what the club minimum standards

are, you're not the manager.

530

:

It's simple as that.

531

:

Sticking with the RB fans, discord.

532

:

Rob three seven R seven O says

that's a really nice news.

533

:

I like Rose and I think he was a good

coach, but it's the right time to change,

534

:

but I wish him nothing but the best.

535

:

Well, that's some conflicting

information there.

536

:

Uh, some people think that

it wasn't the right time.

537

:

I'm one of those people to

get rid of him, but, uh.

538

:

You do.

539

:

So look, you're entitled

to your own opinion.

540

:

I'm definitely not saying it's wrong

or anything, but I would also like to

541

:

know if there's any other listeners

that think that it was the right time

542

:

to change as of now, or was it not?

543

:

Let me know down to the comments below

or on Spotify comments or wherever

544

:

you listen to this podcast or send

a RBL submission in for the next

545

:

episode and let me know what you think.

546

:

Last one from the discord.

547

:

About Marco.

548

:

Rosa is from Cyril is, thank you Marco.

549

:

Rose, I'm not sure about the timing.

550

:

Surely not before a semi-final.

551

:

I reckon we move for 10 Hugg now.

552

:

Yeah.

553

:

Cyril.

554

:

Um, I would also like to take this

moment as well to say thank you

555

:

to Marco, Rosa, all the staff and

everything that you've given to the club.

556

:

Even though I've been one of your

biggest critics in, in some cases,

557

:

you've always been very well on the

microphone in press conferences,

558

:

you've always done right by the fans.

559

:

You've always done right by the players.

560

:

Sometimes, there's a few things

that you could have done on the

561

:

pitch that you haven't done, but

look, everyone's not perfect.

562

:

I'm not perfect myself.

563

:

I have some flaws as well, but you

were the right manager for the club

564

:

and I did want to see you succeed.

565

:

It would've looked good for both a public

image and also a global image to have

566

:

a local at the helm of the football

club and taking us to the next level.

567

:

But you just weren't the right

manager to take us to that next level.

568

:

Uh, unfortunately, maybe, hopefully

we'll see you again someday, Marco Rosa.

569

:

Uh, I wouldn't be against having

you as another manager when we have

570

:

better players and the club's a

bit more successful, I guess you

571

:

could say, for lack of better words.

572

:

But, uh, thank you Marco Rosa

for everything that you've done.

573

:

Uh, it's gonna be, I actually gonna miss,

uh, watching your press conferences.

574

:

On Instagram.

575

:

A-L-J-O-S-J-A.

576

:

Felix says.

577

:

At the start of the season, he held

the best point average per game

578

:

than any of our former managers.

579

:

Now he's just below tedesco

for the same metric.

580

:

Sure.

581

:

To be fair, that is after a season

with a horrible UCL draw, a squad

582

:

crippled with injuries and a

more intense schedule than ever.

583

:

I find rose to be lacking in terms

of squad rotation, but he has been

584

:

good with the media, the players, and

he has been fairly a adaptable too.

585

:

The lack of depth and priority of

two expensive forwards instead of

586

:

a broad ball progressing lineup is

somewhat upper management flaw as

587

:

well that needs to be dealt with.

588

:

All praise for Rose and

his legacy at the Club.

589

:

Honestly, hope to see him raise

hell at a national team soon.

590

:

That's a very, very

heartwarming and good comment.

591

:

This wasn't actually for the RBL talk

segment, but I saw it on Instagram

592

:

to the post when I said that the

club was parting ways and I had to

593

:

put this out there because that is

something that raises a tear to the eye.

594

:

It just goes to show that all

the local fans really love this

595

:

guy and the club's done wrong to

all the local fans, to be honest.

596

:

Uh, and it's not the first time

either that the club management

597

:

have done wrong by the local fans.

598

:

And I, for one, uh, outraged by it.

599

:

If you listen to the bit before

when I said to make sure that there

600

:

are no kids in the room at this

point, but moving on to post about

601

:

the game or general submissions.

602

:

Back to the RB fans Discord.

603

:

Cyril says, an underwhelming performance

hardly provided any threat at all Points

604

:

dropped, and a step away from fourth.

605

:

It's hard to be optimistic for Wednesday.

606

:

Yeah, Cyril, look, it's, it's still

hard to be optimistic for Wednesday

607

:

especially 'cause considering we.

608

:

Have gotten a new manager pretty

much overnight, which makes me

609

:

think that Red Bull have already

had this planned for at least a, a

610

:

few weeks or something like that.

611

:

I don't see them being, you know,

a drop of a hat, so to speak,

612

:

even that's what it seems to be.

613

:

But it just means that they've calculated

this beforehand and just goes to show

614

:

of what I said earlier about, you know,

them being snakes, publicly backing the

615

:

dude, and then you turn around and just.

616

:

Stab him in the back, for

lack of better terminology.

617

:

Um, I didn't deserve that and I'm

not optimistic at all for Wednesday,

618

:

like I said earlier, I hope we lose.

619

:

I hope, we go down as low

as eighth or something.

620

:

Like I don't want us to play

Champions League football or any

621

:

European football next season.

622

:

Uh, and I just wanna rub it into

the club and be like, well, you

623

:

put us in this mess, it's now

up to you to get us out of it.

624

:

So you should have stuck with Marco Rosa.

625

:

It was a better time to sack him,

but we'll see how it happens.

626

:

If you are not going to be able to

go to the game, join in the live

627

:

stream and comment along and we can

all put the new manager under the

628

:

microscope and see how he performs.

629

:

Uh, L nine Louis fan says on Instagram.

630

:

What do you think is the correct

decision to sack him now?

631

:

Uh, no.

632

:

No.

633

:

So if you listened a little bit

earlier, uh, I'll try not to repeat

634

:

myself as I've said everything that

I needed to say, in short, he should

635

:

have been sacked after Wednesday

night if he lost against Stuttgart,

636

:

if they were going to sack him at all.

637

:

Otherwise, end of season, uh, you

can't change anything now anyway,

638

:

so they're just gonna try and get

like a boost or something, or a.

639

:

You know that sometimes you can get

a new manager in and do a bit better.

640

:

You're not gonna be able to change any

of the foundations of how the football

641

:

is played or anything like that.

642

:

For the simple fact of, it takes

time, it takes weeks, it takes months

643

:

to start even implementing that.

644

:

Not alone it, coming off out

onto the pitch on match day.

645

:

So definitely not the right time to sack

Marco Rosa and I think the club did him

646

:

dirty and that doesn't sit well with me.

647

:

Uh, quite simply.

648

:

So, yeah, no, I think he should have

at least been till end of season

649

:

Wednesday, after Wednesday night.

650

:

If we lost, that would've

been the earliest.

651

:

Also, on Instagram, P-I-A-H-H-F Fmr

says, well, what else can one say

652

:

again about it again, far too little?

653

:

Performance Gold Champions League is

moving further and further into distance.

654

:

Yep.

655

:

That's pretty much the path that

we're going to be on, and it is

656

:

a hard reality for some people.

657

:

I'm not saying you're yourself.

658

:

Um, with that submission, I just

mean, uh, the RB fan base as a whole.

659

:

Uh, a lot of them are in denial.

660

:

A little bit of just how far

we've dropped off and actually

661

:

what type of club that we are.

662

:

'cause we're actually not

a Champions League side.

663

:

We definitely don't have the squad

depth and we don't have the players.

664

:

We have players that are individuals

and good on some days, but

665

:

they don't work well together.

666

:

So you're not going to go too far in com.

667

:

International competitions in Europe.

668

:

For the type of style of

football that we have and the

669

:

caliber of plays that we have.

670

:

So

671

:

that's pretty much all I can say.

672

:

As always, I'd like to thank the

contributors for their contributions

673

:
