Justin Crozer:

Hello everyone.

2

:

I've been away and if you heard my last

segment, you know exactly why I stood

3

:

here and told you that I was stepping

back because the club I loved felt like

4

:

it was stopping loving its fans back.

5

:

I talked about the surveillance, the

facial recognition, the pyro bands, and

6

:

the feeling that we were being treated

like data points rather than supporters.

7

:

And I meant every word of it.

8

:

And to be clear, none of

those issues have gone away.

9

:

But while I was sitting in the silence,

something else became very clear to me.

10

:

I realized that while I might have

a massive problem with the club's

11

:

decisions, I have an even bigger

commitment to you, the listeners.

12

:

I've seen the messages in the discord.

13

:

I've heard the speak pipes from the fans

who feel the same way I do isolated,

14

:

frustrated, but still deeply connected

to the football and the players.

15

:

I realized that by stepping away, I

wasn't just protesting the board, I

16

:

was leaving a gap in the community.

17

:

I was leaving the fans without a

voice that isn't afraid to call

18

:

out the corporate side of things

while still celebrating the

19

:

tactical brilliance on the pitch.

20

:

Therefore, I'm announcing, I'm

returning to RBL talk today.

21

:

Not because the club changed their mind,

but because I changed mine, I realized

22

:

that if the club is going to become more

corporate and more sterile, then this

23

:

show needs to be the exact opposite.

24

:

We'll need that space.

25

:

We need this space more than ever.

26

:

So what does RBL talk look like now?

27

:

We're still doing the deep dives.

28

:

We're still using FB REF

data to look at the tactics.

29

:

We're still doing Player Watch, but

we're also going to be loud, honest.

30

:

And a safe space for all fans worldwide.

31

:

I am going to continue being

vocal about the surveillance

32

:

culture without overdoing it.

33

:

I'm going to continue speaking

up for local fans in East Germany

34

:

who feel ignored, including

international fans as well.

35

:

We aren't going to just ignore

the bad stuff because we want

36

:

to see a win on Friday night.

37

:

We're going to talk about all of it.

38

:

The beautiful football and the ugly

decisions because being a fan isn't

39

:

about blind loyalty to a badge.

40

:

It's about the people you stand

in the trenches with, or in

41

:

our case, the digital terrace.

42

:

I'm back in the chair, I'm back in the

discord, although I was never fully

43

:

away, and I want to hear from you.

44

:

Whether you are in Leipzig, or watching

from half a world away like me in

45

:

Australia, how are you feeling about

the direction of the club right now?

46

:

How are you feeling about the

direction RBL talk is back?

47

:

Send in your speed pipes.

48

:

Let's have the hard conversations.

49

:

Let's keep this a community where

the fans actually come first, which

50

:

is what, for me, it was always about

even if the club's board has other

51

:

priorities, the tactics are back.

52

:

The community is back.

53

:

RBL talk is back.

54

:

Thank you.

55

:

Now let's get to work.

Justin Crozer

Tactics. Tradition. Truth.

The Analyst from the Antipodes
Based in Australia, Justin Crozer has spent years bridging the 15,500-kilometre gap between the stands of the Red Bull Arena and the international fan community. As the creator and host of RBL Talk, Justin brings a unique, high-definition perspective to RB Leipzig — combining the cold, hard data of Sofascore tactical breakdowns with the warm, unfiltered pulse of the global fanbase.

More Than a Club, More Than a Franchise
RBL Talk isn't just about xG and verticality. It was born from a genuine love for the fearless, youth-driven football that put Leipzig on the map. But as the modern game evolves toward surveillance culture and sterile atmospheres, Justin has redefined the show's mission. He isn't just here to talk about the win on the weekends; he’s here to be a vocal advocate for the supporters who make the sport possible.

A Community-First Philosophy
Through live-stream watch-alongs, an active Discord home, and the "Player Watch" segment, RBL Talk is built on the belief that football is nothing without its fans. Whether it’s featuring listener opinions via SpeakPipe or diving deep into the club's impact on East German football culture, the show serves as a "safe space" for those who love the team but aren't afraid to demand more from the institution.

Roots and Reason
With family roots stretching back to Germany, Justin understands that football is a marathon of heritage, not just a sprint for trophies. RBL Talk is where data meets DNA — providing the most honest, analytical, and fan-centric coverage of RB Leipzig in the podcasting world.
